Any other events or results that are not listed here just send the file to me and I will do the script for it and add it to the website. I will then update this page and send it to Nick and then he can send out the updated copy to all who need it. Just save it to where you put this one and it will overwrite the old one every time.

When you do a new PDF or word document please do not put dates in, when you do the next one (a week, month or year later) it will not overwrite the old one and hence the script will need to be changed to accommodate it, therefore NO dates, use the exact same as listed above. Also typo’s are a problem, I suggest you cut and paste from the above file names into the save box and that way it cannot be wrong. The .pdf or .doc extensions are not included in the file name it just to let you know what type of file extension you need to ‘save it as’.

When you open the website domain it will look a bit different to how it is now. You will see all the html files; however all the pictures and Gif’s are in a folder, as well as a folder for all word documents and a folder for PDF documents. You will need to open the required folder and then drag across the updated file into it.

As instructed I have changed the password to access the domain, this is a longer password with some digits’ as well as letters to make it stronger; Nick has this Excel file and will pass it onto the people who are uploading.

As agreed with the TMGC’s committee I am the only one that has the authority to change the script, this is to keep track of the changes and keep an up to date backup, if you have a new file that is not listed, please send it to me at , also make some reference to it in the subject in case it goes to my junk mail!!
