Fifty Shades of Grey

Fifty shades of grey

After 30 years in the window industry we have decided at Interframe to embark on a new venture, promoting and publishing interesting literary pieces. We are in the process of setting up this exciting new division and at this point are looking for articles that will form the backbone of the first issue. To kick-start the process we have today announced two exciting competitions.

The first is pseudonyms corner. The basis of this competition is to supply Interframe with as many great pseudonyms as you can think of and yes, you may submit multiple entries. The winning entry will become the lead character in a yet to be developed novelette or article. To assist an example would be Miss Anne Thorpe the book would then be titled ‘Monkey Business’. Please do not send entries that have unsavoury connotations as your entry fee will still be taken and the entry destroyed.

The second competition is a dissertation of no more than 1000 words explaining the influence that great literary pieces such as the title of this article or characters such as John Major have had in influencing the direction of our industry. Another example that comes to mind is ‘The Graduate’ I believe we are still waiting for one to enter the industry.

Please forward all entries to the competitions to Interframe SW ltd., Aspen Way,

Yalberton Ind. Estate Paignton, Devon, TQ4 7QR. Entries should be marked “Look out E L James- Competition”. Entry fees for processing are £25.00 for each entry, cheques only made payable to ‘Co-operative Artists Society Havant’, you can abbreviate. Please be advised that the Judges decision is final and all entries must be received by April 1st 2013.

One final word of warning two things you should never say in public are ‘I do fifty shades of grey’ although it does seem to help with networking. Second if shopping do not buy just the book ‘Fifty shades of grey’ and a pack of batteries as it causes much bemusement.

In reference to the title of this article and manufacturing I must point out that I did use a little bit of artistic license Whilst continuing the literary theme and paraphrasing the end of James Joyce novel Ulysses’ please substitute the word ‘yes’ for any of the following RAL (7001) RAL(7011) RAL(7015) RAL (7016)

Finally, thank you to all our customers and to all I wish you a Merry Christmas.
