- Consider permit request from Condrey Farms seeking permission to install a water well approximately 518 feet from the Mainline Mississippi River Levee in East Carroll Parish. (Subject to USACE and DOTD approval.)
- Consider permit request from LA DOTD seeking permission to relocate a portion of LA HWY 603 in connection with Item 422-R in Madison Parish. (Subject to USACE and DOTD approval.)
- Consider request from Eugene Runels seeking permission to harvest hay on land owned by the Fifth La Levee District in East Carroll Parish near Levee Station 850.
- Consider permit request from Randy Tillman seeking permission to construct a horse barn near Hwy 131 in Concordia Parish. (Subject to USACE and DOTD approval.)
- Consider permit request from Randy Tillman seeking permission to construct cross-fencing at property boundaries incorporating cattle guards on Levee (extending to tree-line on riverside); parallel fencing approximately 15 ft from Levee Berm on the protected side; and 2 locked gate permits near Hwy 131 in Concordia Parish.
- Consider permit request from David Rountree seeking permission to harvest hay on property formerly under contract as Item 361-R in Concordia Parish.
- Consider permit request from Scott Settoon seeking permission to harvest hay/graze cattle, fence along the levee, and install cross fences on property located in Concordia Parish, formerly under contract as Item 361-R.
- Consider/approve resolution giving USACE, New Orleans District, rights-of-entry, including ingress and egress, in Concordia Parish for a two-year period beginning August 10, 2012, in conjunction with Tarbert Landing Discharge Range Project, Concordia, La.
- Consider/approve resolution giving USACE, New Orleans District, rights-of-entry, including ingress and egress, in Concordia Parish for a two-year period beginning August 10, 2012, in conjunction with “Mississippi River Levees, Old River Seepage berm, Right-of-Entry for Borings, Surveys, and HRTW, Concordia Parish, LA, Fifth Louisiana Levee District”.
- Consider/approve resolution giving USACE, Vicksburg District, rights-of-entry, including ingress and egress, in Madison Parish for a two-year period beginning August 15, 2012, in conjunction with Willow Point to Young’s Point, Levee Enlargement and Berms, Item 445-R, Madison Parish, Louisiana.
