Please note that this form requires that you provide several pieces of information, which is essential for the Local Organizers to be able to assist the participants in organizational matters, and for this reason it needs to be submitted not later than August 31, 2017
ACCOMMODATION
The hosts recommended three Hotels, which are within the walking distance from the meeting place – Elite Palace Hotel, Best Western Plus Time Hotel, and Ibis Styles Stockholm Odenplan Hotel. The websites and emails of the hotels are indicated above .
Guests who would like to stay at a different hotel are free to do so.
MEALS
Lunch, coffee and refreshments will be offered free of charge during the meeting. On Sep 8 a take-away lunch sandwich or similar will be delivered to the meeting room.

VISA
If there is a need for visa, please inform Ms. Pi Högberg, e-mail:d send her a copy of the first page of your passport (or write the information from it in the e-mail).
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The participants are asked to take care of their transfers from the airport to the meeting venue/hotel, as well as back to the airport.
Nobels väg 18 in Solna is situated in the Karolinska Institutet campus area, see attached map.
From Arlanda Airport to Nobels väg 18:
Your choices of transportation is express train to Stockholm Central Station (every 10 minutes, one stop, 20 min, 280 SEK, ), or the FLYGBUSSARNA (Airport Coaches) bound for LILJEHOLMEN (leaves at least every 20 minutes at daytime, the ride takes 30 minutes to bus stop Karolinska Institutet, 119 SEK or taxi ( ).
Payment most easily by credit card in all of these alternatives. If you mistakenly take the Airport Coaches bound for Stockholm City you can get off at bus stop “Norra Stationsgatan” and walk to Nobels väg 18.
From Bromma airport to Nobels väg 18:
FLYGBUSSARNA (Airport Coaches) or taxi. From Bromma to Nobels väg 18 with the car is 7 km.
From Stockholm Central Station to Nobels väg 18:
Take the TUNNELBANA (underground, “T”) green line bound for Alvik, Åkeshov, Vällingby or Hässelby and get off at station S:t Eriksplan. Use exit Karlbergsvägen and take blue bus number 3 bound for Karolinska Sjukhuset. Get off at bus stop Thorax and use the attached map to find the entrance. This trip should take 20-25 min.
