Fall/Spring 2015 - 2016

October 12 – 16, 2015 / Field Instructors emailed link to access Core Competency Evaluation to be completed online. Students emailed link to access Self-Evaluation to be completed online.
October 26, 2015 / Field Instructors’ Core Competency Evaluation and students’ Self-Evaluation due in the Field Office.
January 4 – 8, 2016 / Field Instructors emailed a link to access Advanced Competency Evaluation to be completed online. Students emailed link to access Self-Evaluation to be completed online.
January 18, 2016 / Field Instructors’ Advanced Competency Evaluation and students’ Self-Evaluation due in the Field Office.
April 5 – 8, 2016 / Field Instructors emailed a link to access Final Evaluation to be completed online. Students emailed link to access Final Self-Evaluation to be completed online.
April 18, 2016 / Field Instructors’ Final Evaluation and students’ Final Self-Evaluation due in the Field Office.

Field Placement Fall/Spring 2015 – 2016

Important Dates to Remember

August 24, 2015 / Students begin internship placement
September 14, 2015 / Learning Plans are due in the Field Office
September 28 – October 2, 2015 / First site visit between Field Instructor, Field Liaison, and student at placement site will occur around this time.
November 9 – 13, 2015 / Email contact will be made with students and Field Instructors to check in on progress
December 21, 2015 – January 4, 2016 / Students on winter break – Will not be attending internship
January 18 – 22, 2016 / Second site visit between Field Instructor, Field Liaison, and student at placement site will occur around this time..
March 14 – 18, 2016 / Email contact will be made with students and Field Instructors to check in on progress
April 25 – April 29, 2016 / Final contact between Field Instructor, Field Liaison, and student to occur by email or phone call. No site visit will be made unless requested.
May 6, 2016 / Internship ends
