If you are a new Agriscience teacher or have moved schools, please contact Pam Kilpatrick or Andy Chamness for membership log in establishment or changes.

If you have lost or forgotten your username and/or password follow the on screen instructions on the My Registration and Log in page of .

Step 1: Log on to

Step 2: Log into ffa.org here using your username and password. If you have forgotten your username click “forgot username”. If you know your username, but have forgotten your password click “forgot password”

Step 3: Click on “Open your FFA Dashboard”

Step 4: Under My Account click “My Toolbox –Instructor”

Step 4: Click “Manage Roster”

Step 5: If you have expired members and you wish to renew them click “Expired Roster” Tab.

  1. Expand the view to see as many students as possible.
  2. Click on each student you wish to renew per page. You may have to do this page by page. It makes this step a little more difficult, but it is what it is.
  3. Change the grade if necessary. This is done on an individual member basis and not required at this point.
  4. Click “Renew Membership”
  5. The page refreshes and move to the next page if applicable and continue to renew expired members. Be careful, when the page renews it will push names from the second page to the first page.

If you choose not to use this feature skip this step.

Step 6: Click the “Add New Students” tab. Add the new student’s information.

  • Pull your information from student information sheets or class rosters. (INOW or STI)
  • The only information required is that which is designated with an *It is a good idea to have a trustworthy chapter officer such as your Chapter Secretary to assist in membership input.
  • Dues paying members should be added as “Student 1-Year”
  • Non Dues paying members should be entered as “AgEd Only”
  • Click the “Save and Add Another” button at the bottom right of the screen (not shown)
  • It is encouraged, but not required that you enter all the students on your class roll, not just FFA members,in order that they have the opportunity to access the ffa.org website and its utilities.
  • Membership dues for National and State FFA Combined are $12.00 per student. ($7.00 National and $5.00 State

Step 7: Click on the “Pending Students” Tab

  1. 1.1 Select all of the students you wish to become active members or 1.2 if all students are to be added (it doesn’t matter in this step if they are student 1-year or aged only) click on the “Select All Students”
  2. Click on the “Create Memberships and Approve Locally” button

Step 8. Click on the “Active Roster” Tab: this shows all of the students you have entered at this point.

Step 9: Double check your roster for duplicates and accuracy. If all is correct click the box for “Act upon all …”

Click “Submit for State Approval” Your membership has now been submitted to The Alabama FFA Association for National Approval. You may go back at any time and add members. Membership entry and payment are due to the Alabama FFA Association no later than March 1 of each year. You are not quite finished yet…

Step 10: Look at your 1-Year Membership total by searching “Membership Type” and selecting: “Student 1-Year” in the drop down list. This will tell you how many paid members you have on your roster.

Step 11: Go to . Click on the left tab pane the “Membership” Tab. Now click the hyper link “membership invoice”this will open up an excel document.

Step 12: Once the excel document is open fill out the form by using drop down menus and filling in the appropriate boxes. Don’t forget to include your $100.00 Chapter fee. Input the quantity in the Quantity Column and the amounts will auto fill. The Chapter fee Quantity will be 1.

**If you are an affiliate chapter use Option 2, your $100.00 chapter fee is included in affiliation, but affiliation declarations are due to the Alabama FFA by October 15 of each year, by email, regular mail, or fax. No exceptions.**

Step 13: Print out Two copies of this invoice. One for your records and one for your school book keeper to make payment to The Alabama FFA Association.
