The film is an effort to sensitise urban child towards nomadic children living in difficult situations. They are considered habitual offenders from birth. The film is used as an advocacy tool to sensitize the children and to fight for the rights of nomadic children. The film promotes understanding of the lives and circumstances of nomadic children. The film helps to generate concern among urban children that most of the things they take for granted eg drinking water are actually luxuries for many. The film generates value and respect for life.

ROHAN’s MOUSTACHE

The film is animated expressions of a real life experience of a boy “Rohan” when he discovered the first hair of his moustache. The film talks about the uncomfortable situation of a young boy with the sexuality/growing up issues and how he finally overcomes and accepts his new self. The film throws open the possibility of using animation as an effective medium to create media platforms to address sensitive issues related to youth which otherwise do not get a forum for discussion/sharing in traditional societies and cultures.

The film deals with Raghu(a two & half year old boy) and the kittens he discovered in a shop. The filmcaptures the interesting shades of child's learning from the environment through role playing , inquisitiveness, warmth and love which know no distinction. A simple film about a child's love for his newly found kitten and learning that came from this short lived bond.
