(a)Please enter the class of membership being requested (classes 1 to 6 above)

(b)If a member of British Tennis please provide membership number against the relevant club member

(c)To be able to enter the Wimbledon ticket draw you must be a member of British Tennis and must affiliate your membership to FLTC and log into the LTA web site and tick the relevant box to “opt in” to the ticket draw as the ticket allocation system has changed since 2014.

(d)If you would like to receive tennis coaching put a tick in the relevant box and then directly contact our coach Tom Usborne on 07921 517 692 or at

(g)Guest fees are charged at £4 per session and any guest MUST be accompanied by a fully paid up member. Any fees collected can dropped in at 9 McIver Close (Opposite bowling club side of tennis club)

(h)Light tokens can be purchased for £4 which last for one hour and can also be purchased from 9 McIver Close
