It is the team Bar Owners / Captain's responsibility to check for any updates or bar closures etc..

If a team cannot make any game, inform the Bar Venue, giving them at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation, it is your sole responsibility to inform the other Bar, not the Administrator’s, failure to comply will result in a ฿1,000 penalty for the ‘cancelling’ bar to cover loss of business. It is the responsibility of the ‘non-cancelling’ bar to pay the ฿1000 to the Administrator, failure to pay this ‘fine’ within two weeks of the cancellation, will result in the ‘cancelling’ team being removed from the league. Please also let the League Administrator know the situation or, the match might be considered as 'late'!

Any game postponed, must be played within two weeks of the original match date, failure to do so will result in the ‘cancelling’ team forfeiting the match 4 - 0 or 0 - 4 and losing the 'Beer Leg'. Please let The League Administrator know the situation. Any game cancelled (i.e. not postponed), will result in the ‘cancelling’ team forfeiting the match 4 - 0 or 0 - 4 and losing the 'Beer Leg'. As per the vote at the meeting (28/08/14), the ‘giving’ of Players is to be agreed between the two Bar Owners / Captains on the night, in a gentlemanly manner and in the spirit of darts, bearing in mind that Players have come out to play darts! (If giving 1 Player, Two Players are put in a draw, 2 Players, four Players are put in a draw and so on.)

All games start with the home team going first for the 'Bullseye' and the first player named in either the 'Doubles' or 'Triples' game always goes for the 'Bullseye', a player must continue throwing until a scoring dart is in the board, if a 'Bullseye' or a '25' is hit then, the dart is removed to give a clear shot for the next player. Nearest the 'Bullseye' counts to start the game, if the decision is too close for the Referee / Scorer to decide the outcome then, the process is repeated alternately until a decision can be reached by them.

Remember to fill in all relevant and applicable sections on the result sheet and only use the sheet provided in your 'Welcome Pack'. Both team Bar Owners / Captain's must sign the result sheet and it must also be dated for it to count. Only the figures entered on the sheet will count, i.e. miss a 180 off of the sheet and it will not count for a medal at the end of season, regardless who saw it! Missing Sheets will be entered as 0 – 0 after a two week period!
