Where patients request non-NHS items or services, a private
Fee may be payable.

DATA PROTECTION ACT, ACCESS TO, AND COPIES OF RECORDS Where a copy of any part of a record (computer or paper based) is required an Access Fee of £10 is payable in addition to the copy charge fee.
TRAVEL ADVICE AND FEES / Per dose
Yellow Fever single dose (including certificate) / £70
Hep B per vaccine (course of 3) POA / £35
Rabies per vaccine (course of 3) POA / £55

Vaccines below are free to NHS pts. Private patients pay for the vaccine and the nurse consultation / Per dose

Protocol
Where patients request a non-nhs item to be provided, the following procedure will be followed:
- You will be advised that it is a non-nhs item and a private fee is therefore payable.
- You will be asked if this is acceptable and to verify that you would like to go ahead with the request.
- Payment must be made either before or immediately on receipt.
- Please be aware that documentation can take approximately 5 – 7 working days.
