Feedback for Standard Operating Procedure and Training Manuals

Introduction

The Standard Operating Procedure provides the know how of our Company and the necessary materials to train and develop our staff. It is the result of years of experience and, as we understand the importance to continually update the manuals to meet the needs of the WSI network, we welcome ongoing feedback from those of you in the field who deal with training and managing staff. Where possible, we will incorporate suggestions into future versions of the materials.

Suggested Changes

We value your opinion and encourage detailed feedback that involves suggested alternatives. When submitting suggestions, please bear in mind that they must be relevant to a global network, and not just the territory where you are located.

Complete the Feedback Form on the following page, using one for each proposal. You can submit as many Feedback Forms as you need. Where appropriate, use the existing structure that is presented in the manuals. For example, the Trainer Manuals include Training Plans that contain detailed instructions to successfully carry out training sessions. If you are proposing changes to a Training Plan your feedback should include:

* Note: If you would like to suggest a change in Duration of a section of the training you will need to take into consideration the whole training program for the position involved. Initial training for a new staff member is forty hours. If, for example, you would like to extend Teaching Techniques from 5.5 hours to 6.5 hours, another hour will need to be subtracted from elsewhere in the training.
