Arran has come on leaps & bounds over the season while playing for FYC & Fothringham clubs. He skipped his own team in the Scottish Curling Under 14’s Slam encouraging his team mates throughout. His enthusiasm is great to see.

Fraser’s game has developed significantly throughout the season. Always keen to turn out for his clubs, FYC & Edzell, Fraser has demonstrated consistent form and is keen to learn from coaches and club members. He has competed in Scottish Curling slams gaining further valuable experience
CALUM SKEA: FORFAR YOUNG CURLERS & LUNDIE & AUCHTERHOUSE CC
After two and half seasons Calum has passed his RCCC Blue Skill Award, he has competed in sll Under 14 Slam events as well as the Under 17 in Forfar. He has supported club competitions and ice rink leagues in Forfar & Dundee with his curling skill improving all the time.

David is well known face with new and experienced curlers alike. Always keen to help out and bring on new curlers David has given up many personal hours to introduce new curlers to the sport. When playing David accepts results in a true curling spirit, win or lose.
PETE WALLS: FETTERCAIRN CC
Fairly new to curler Pete has completely thrown himself into the sport. He is brilliant with new curlers and has helped out with many corporate curling events. The curling centre has received many positive testimonials when Pete has helped coach or organise.

Brian has had a very busy year continuing to promote the new age curling programme to schools, coaching whenever possible, supporting the virtual club and organising the incoming Strathcona Cup Tour. He must have introduced more than 700 into the sport.
IAN TAYLOR: FORFAR YOUNG CURLERS & DUNDEE CC
Ian’s dedication to Forfar Young Curlers is never ending as he puts in 150% support for the children and the club. He is always thinking up new ideas and activities for the children to enjoy. He introduced Instateam which has helped the club communicate with its members. His direction and leadership give the sessions structure, content and a good element of fun.
GRAHAM SMITH: FORFAR INDOOR SPORTS & ANGUS GLENS CC
Graham and his team produce some of the best ice Scotland which helps promote the ice rink to a wider audience when curlers come to play at Forfar. Graham encourages entries into the ice rink competitions and helps out in all aspects of the running of the rink. Whilst it is his job to do these things Graham

Marianne works quietly in the background helping with the after school sessions, virtual club and general coaching sessions. She is a great asset to Forfar Young Curlers and always ready help.
