As electronically stored information (ESI) continues to grow in importance in smaller cases, small firm litigators sometimes find themselves at a competitive disadvantage against larger firms with their own in-house, E-Discovery Practices. This session is designed to discuss “best practices” and key ESI strategies that small firm litigators can employ to help them get the ESI they need to help win their case.
