Fillet of sea bass with Crayfish tailsand garlic sauce

Pan fried duck breast with a marrow and orange marmalade and Cointreau sauce

Sirloin steak cooked to your liking with pepper corn sauce

Pollofarcita, chicken breast stuffed with apricot, stilton cheese and glazed with a cream, bacon and marsala wine sauce
