What is the belief that is causing a problem?

In what way is this belief a problem for you?

If this belief wasn’t true what would you lose?

How would things change for you if the belief wasn’t true?

In what way could you have got this belief wrong?

What other beliefs could you have in this area which would be more useful and would serve you better?

What could you do this week to try out your new belief?
