Fast Pyrolysis of Biomass
A Specialists’ Workshop

A small workshop on fast pyrolysis is planned for up to a maximum of 50 people. The purpose of the meeting is to bring together people who are active in biomass fast pyrolysis, to review and discuss the current situation in science, technology, and project implementation. This will explore the opportunities and limitations of biomass fast pyrolysis in order to identify the R&D needs of the future. A summary of the outcomes will be published.
In order to ensure the most appropriate participants attend within the limit of 50 participants, please complete the attached form and return it to Emma Wylde at Aston University NOT LATER THAN 31 OCTOBER 2014. We will notify you of your acceptance by 7 November.
The cost of participation is 200 euros which covers meeting arrangements and workshop dinner. Accommodation has been reserved at the Europa Hotel Ghent at a cost of 99 euros per night including breakfast. If accepted, you should make your own arrangements directly with the hotel, mentioning that you will be attending the workshop. The meeting will start at 09.00 on 8 December and finish at 17.00 on 9 December.

4. Project development and implementation – Ralph Overend, Canada
