FAST CASH AGREEMENT
Effective with invoices presented to Matson Logistics, Inc./ Matson Logistics Services Inc on ______and thereafter, ______(Carrier) is requesting that Matson Logistics, Inc./ Matson Logistics Services, Inc. make early payment of freight charges in exchange for a discount of the freight bill.
Upon final completion of the load, and after providing the necessary documents to confirm completion of Carrier’s responsibilities without loss or damage, Matson Logistics Inc / Matson Logistics Services Inc agrees to pay to Carrier the amount of the agreed upon freight charges less a discount of 2% in two business days from the business day presented by depositing the amount via electronic funds transfer (“EFT”) into Carrier’s bank account.
Carrier must submit their invoices and supporting documentation via the carrier portal at www.matson.com/logistics and login to the secure portal in the Customer Login box. For first time users, please click on register in the Customer Login box. All supporting documentation must have the Matson Order number clearly referenced on the document. If carrier does not have the ability to upload the supporting documents, they can be faxed to 630-678-1561 for loads tendered to Matson Logistics, Inc or 630-678-1562 for loads tendered to Matson Logistics Services, Inc.
Original copies of invoices and their supporting documentation will be required for those documents that are not legible. Invoices received after 11:00 am CST will be considered to be received the following business day. Carriers that factor their receivables are not eligible for the fast cash program.
Carrier shall provide a copy of a voided check with this agreement. The account name listed on the check must be the same as the name on the carrier’s W-9 form. Carrier authorizes Matson Logistics Inc / Matson Logistics Services Inc and the financial institution to automatically debit/credit Carrier’s account.
Either party may cancel this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Signed agreements should be e-mailed to or faxed to 330-665-9464.
