Farmstead Kennels Boarding Contract

FARMSTEAD KENNELS BOARDING CONTRACT

This contract is between Farmstead Kennels and Pet Owner/Representative

-Owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding with effect from the date the pet is checked into Farmstead Kennels.

-Check out time is 9.30am. If your pet is collected after 9.30am, you will be charged for one additional day. There is always a charge for both the day you check in and Sunday’s.

-Owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and any potential veterinary costs for the pet, during the time said pet is in care at Farmstead Kennels.

-Owner agrees that said pet shall not leave Farmstead Kennels until owner pays all charges.

-Owner specifically represents that said pet has not been exposed to rabies or distemper within a 30 day period prior to check in date at Farmstead Kennels.

-Owner agrees that if said pet is left for more than 10 days beyond the agreed pick-up date and has no contact with Farmstead Kennels during the additional days, said pet will be released from the control and care of Farmstead Kennels.

-Owner agrees to pay a fee of $50.00 and original balance in cash if their check is returned/does not clear.

Whilst every care will be given to all pets, Farmstead Kennels will not be held responsible for any illness, injury, loss or damage to the animal(s), however caused, during their stay. Boarding is entirely at the owner’s risk.

Any bedding, toys, collars or other personal itemsare leftat the owner’s risk.

Owners will be responsible for alldamages caused as a result of their pet’s behaviour whilst on Farmstead Kennels property. This includes injury to any pets or people and destruction of materials and supplies. Any medical/veterinary treatment required following such an event will be at the owner’s expense.

This contract contains the entire agreement between both parties. All terms and conditions of this contract shall be binding on the heirs, administrators, personal representatives and assigns of the owner of Farmstead Kennels.

By signing this contract and leaving said pet(s) in the care of Farmstead Kennels, owner/representative agrees to ALL the above terms and conditions and certifies that all information given about said pet is absolutely accurate.

FARMSTEAD KENNELS PICK UP HOURS

Monday - Saturday: 8.30am-10.30am & 3.30pm-5.30pm.

Sunday: 3pm-5pm only.

Holiday’s operate on Sunday hours.

CHECK OUT time Monday - Saturday is between 8.30am - 9.30am.

Any pets picked up after 9.30am will be charged for that day.
