President’s report:Dan Vincent, EA – No report

Vice Presidents report – Tracie Hannick, EA –The NATP seminar she attended was bare bones, nothing but water. There were no tables, only chairs and they had to write in their laps. It was inexpensive. We need to see if people would want no food or coffee and at a less expensive price.

Financial Report – Mary Ann Turner, EA – The financials for September were distributed prior to the meeting. She is missing postage for flyers. Karol Read, CRTP will send to her for reimbursement.

Director’s Report –Jenny Wettemann, EA–CSEA meeting. There is a task force to look into changing the way the board of directors is formed. They are considering less board members because chapters are having trouble getting directors to represent their chapter. Looking at much smaller board. The budget is down to under (-$10,000.) It started around (-$160,000.) There will be only one Super Seminar, Reno. It was announced at CSEA what FNCC is donating for the LAF Fund, $2,500 and Vicki Mulak, EA sent out an email to share what FNCC and others are donating and other chapters have stepped up. The Cannabis Seminar will be 30th of November in Sacramento.
