- What happens if I am unable to complete the survey in a single seating?
You may save your responses anytime and complete the rest of the surveylater. Please click on the ‘SAVE’ button to work on the survey later. Do not click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button until you have completed the survey and ready to send your responses.
- Can I edit my response after submitting the survey?
No, you will not be able to edit your responses after you have clicked on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
- What will happen to my survey if my system hangs halfway?
If you have clicked ‘SAVE’ button while responding to the survey, you may refresh your browser and the tool will restore what you have last saved. If you have not saved anything, you will need to start from the very beginning. Best practice is to ‘SAVE’ regularly throughout the survey, especially if you are working in a poor internet connectivity environment.
- How long can I keep working on my survey?
Each survey is setup with a start date and an end date (also referred to as the survey window). The survey is activated as soon as you are emailed your unique survey link. The survey will remain open and accessible by all eligible participants throughout the survey window specified by your survey administrator/coordinator.
- What happens if I submit my response after the survey expiry date?
The tool will not reject your participation. However, your responses may no longer be accepted by the Capability Diagnostic Tool for data analysis and reporting.
- Can I send the survey to my colleagues?
No, the survey link is unique to your email id and profile. It is not advisable to share the link with another person even if he/she is from the same team. If you would like to nominate someone else to participate in this survey, please email your recommendation to your survey coordinator and he/she will be able to generate a new link for your nomination(s).
- What are the web browsers supported by this CDT?
This Capability Diagnostic Tool is supportedby major web browsers such as Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10, Mozilla and Google Chrome.
- Can we complete the survey on our mobile devices?
Yes, you may complete the survey on your tablet or mobile device as long as you have a good connectivity and your device is supported by the approved browsers mentioned above.
