  1. CAN GUESTS BUY THEIR TOURNAMENT ENTRY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
  2. Yes, they can purchase their entries with a credit card at the Talking Stick Resort Box Office; however, they must buy-in for all three tournaments to register through the box office, for a total of $800. Any other options may be purchased at the Arena Poker Room cashier (cash only).
  3. Entries can be purchased, starting March 20, 2017 by calling the box office at (480) 850-7734.
  4. Guests using the box office option will be required to check-in with the Arena Poker Room tournament staff to sign their credit card slip and receive their room voucher.
  5. Box Office sales will close at 5pm April 20, 2017.
  6. Guests purchasing their entry with a credit card will not get their seat assignments until April 21, 2017 at 10am, when checking in at the supervisor’s window in the Arena Poker Room.
  1. IS THERE A SPECIAL ROOM RATE FOR OUR TOURNAMENT GUESTS?
  2. Guests that purchase entries through the box office will be given a free room for the nights of April 21st and 22nd if purchased by April 14, 2017 (limited rooms available).
  3. Guests that purchase entries, for all three days, through the poker room cashier, will be given a free room for the nights of April 21st and 22nd if purchased by April 14, 2017 (limited rooms available)

  5. WILL THE TOURNAMENT SELL OUT?
  6. No, it will not sell out; unlimited entries.
  7. HOW MANY TIMES CAN A PLAYER BUY INTO THE TOURNAMENT?
  8. Players that are eliminated during the first three rounds may re-enter the tournament, up until the end of the first break.
  9. HOW MANY ENTRIES ARE EXPECTED FOR THE TOURNAMENT?
  10. We are anticipating 250-300 entries for each day of the tournament.
  11. WHAT IS THE BUY-IN AND STARTING CHIP AMOUNT FOR THE TOURNAMENT?
  12. The buy-in for Friday, April21, is $200 ($170 buy-in and $30 service fee)
  13. No-Limit Hold'em, styled after our End of the Month tournament
  14. The buy-in for Saturday, April22, is $300 ($265 buy-in and $35 service fee)
  15. No-Limit Hold'em, styled after our Big Stack Tournament
  16. The buy-in for Sunday, April23, is $300 ($265 buy-in and $35 service fee)
  17. No-Limit Hold'em, styled after our Bounty Tournament and has a $100 Bounty
  18. Players start with $13,000 tournament chips each day.
  19. Tournament starts at 11:15am each day.
  1. WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF FOR A PLAYER TO GET A REFUND ON THEIR TICKET?
  2. Refunds will only be allowed with authorization by the Poker Director, Shift Manager/Supervisor, or Tournament Floor.
  3. When a tournament ticket is refunded, the guest forfeits the free hotel nights and will be responsible for the previously compensated rooms at the current hotel rates.
  4. Tickets may be transferred, through an Arena Poker Room Supervisor and/or Tournament Floor, to another player.
  5. Player receiving the transferred ticket must have a valid Player Rewards Card.
  6. WILL THERE BE ANY LIVE/CASH GAMES DURING THE TOURNAMENT?
  7. Yes, however, the tournament will take precedent. If needed we will start closing live games at approximately 10am to accommodate for the tournament.
