Parking: You must provide a free parking space close to event as we have a rolling cart to bring to location. (If permit parking or passes are required, this MUST be mailed before the day of the event)
*If booking is the same week no deposits are required if any cancellations please call us 48hours in advance.

Travel fee will be includedif traveling place of event is more than 20 miles from the city of Santa Ana will be charged a Travel fee from $25. A minimum requirement of 2 hours is required to book a party farther than 20 miles party that's farther than 30 miles from the city of Santa Ana will be charged an additional Travel fee from $50. A minimum requirement of 3 hours is required to book a party farther than 30 miles. Party that's farther than 40 miles from the city of Santa Ana will be charged an additional Travel fee from $75. A minimum requirement of 4 hours is required to book a party farther than 40 miles
All outdoor performances must be conducted in a safe manner and there must be an indoor rain contingency plan. In the event of cancellation without such contingency, the Purchaser must pay the contract in full
Purchaser is responsible for providing all permits, licenses and legal papers need. Such documents must be provided to the Artist by the Purchaser no later than two weeks prior to the performance. Purchaser is liable for any costs and expenses related to said permits, licenses and papers. Any delay or non-compliance to this paragraph will be considered a breach on the part of the Purchaser.
The Artist agrees that the Purchaser shall have the right to use the Artist's name, approved pictures, and other likenesses in connection with the advertising and publicizing of the engagement hereunder, but such use shall not be as an endorsement of any product or service, or for the sale of any merchandise, except with the Artist's written permission. It is also agreed that all advertising, promotion, etc. referring for Fantasy Balloon Art
Purchaser agrees to be responsible for the actions of thePurchaser's employees and patrons, and to reimburse the Artist forany damages suffered due to the actions of the Purchaser'semployees or patrons, including harm to Artist's equipment whilesuch equipment is at the place of the performance.
My contract also includes a mention that since balloons are a choking hazard, they will not be given to children three years of age and younger. Will give a balloon to the parents if the parents give it to the child they are responsible
Total Fee: $______cash on date of event. Verbal booking dates will be held for one (1) business days. Signed agreements emailed to Fantasy Balloon Art will hold the booking date for three (3) days to provide a wait period to receive your deposit. If the deposit is not received within three(3) days of receipt of a signed agreement, the agreement is null and void. The $50 deposit is non refundable should the client decide to cancel the event. In the case of postponement, Fantasy Balloon Art will work with you to accommodate an alternate date one time. However, if a mutally agreeable date is not determined the deposit is retained by

Required.Client agrees to pay the full cash amount of booked time upon artists arrival at event. To provide sheltered area in event of rain. To provide shaded area in extreme heat. The client will be responsible for any feesor expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred in connection with collecting delinquent amounts owed to Fantasy Balloon Art under this Agreement.REQUIREMENTS:
An adult to act as an assistant and line coordinator for groups over 30. Normally this person will not be needed, as people will create their own line without a problem. Please have someone standing by to help to organize the crowd if needed. This person should most likely not be you, as you are going to be busy. Please provide cover/protection from the elements, a sheltered performance area if outdoors. PHOTO CONSENT By having your Guests with our artwork and photographed, permission is thereby granted to use images for my portfolio, marketing materials such as print, website or other publications. No names are ever revealed. If for any reason your guest, or you, does not agree, please let me know, and their privacy will be respected.
Fantasy Balloon Art uses FDA approved products which are safe for the skin. But anyone can have an allergic reaction, or an accident can happen. They say that in virtually every case, over the counter Benadryl lotion, took care of the problem.Always check with your doctor if a rash does occur.
