Family Fest 2017
Family Fest 2017 is on its way!
Family Fest, sponsored by the Iredell County Adult and Children’s Collaborative, is a celebration of learning and health! The goal of Family Fest is to provide a fun day of learning for children and families and to raise awareness for the services and activities available to families in Iredell County. This year’s event will be held Saturday, May 6, from 10:00am – 2:00pm at Statesville High School. Family Fest is a community collaboration.
As someone who provides services to families, we invite you to have an informational table at Family Fest 2017. In addition to providing information about your services, we ask that you provide an activity or a door prize valued at $25.00. Door prizes will be collected at the beginning of the event and given out throughout the day.
If you are interested in having a table at Family Fest, please complete the enclosed application form and return it to no later than Friday, April 28, 2017. There is no charge for your table.
For Family Fest vendors - Remember:
· …A table & 2 chairs will be provided for the first 30 vendors. Any vendors after 30 will be responsible for providing their own display table but 2 chairs will be provided for you. If you require additional space or an electrical outlet, you must denote this on your application. Access to electricity is not guaranteed.
· …Each agency provides an activity OR a door prize valued at $25.00
· …Statesville High School is gracious enough to provide their space for Family Fest. Please respect their property and make every effort to keep your area clean. If your activity includes materials such as water, paint, glitter, etc., please provide a floor cloth to catch spilled materials.
· ...Set up begins at 9 – 9:45 am
· …We anticipate a large crowd. Be sure to keep this in mind when planning your display and activity.
· …you are not allowed to sell products at Family Fest.

Iredell County Adult & Child Collaborative reserves the right to deny a vendor’s application and to prohibit anyone from selling any product at Family Fest.
Due to limited space, vendors will be accepted on a first come basis until all spots are filled.
