Fall Vendor & Craft Sale at New Covenant United Methodist

Church Guidelines

·  Breakfast, lunch foods, bake sale goods, snacks and beverages will be available at reasonable prices, prepared by the United Methodist Women.

·  When you arrive, check in and we will guide you to your assigned space. The event will be in our Family Life Center. After set up, please park in the designated grass area located across from the FLC entrance.

·  We request that all vendors donate one item for our Silent Auction. The item must represent the products that you will have available for sale. Your donated item is due at time of set up.

·  Set-up will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 13, and from 7:00 to 8:30 am on Saturday, November 14th. Please be set-up and ready by 8:30 am on show day.

·  Vendors may not break down before 2:00 pm.

·  One 8 ft. table and one chair will be provided to each vendor.

·  Spaces are 8x6.

·  Items displayed must be within your reserved space and no items should be displayed on the floor outside your booth due to safety precautions.

·  There is no tacking, nailing or tape on the walls or floors.

·  No generators are allowed in the building.

·  If you reserved an outlet space, you must provide your own heavy duty extension cord. (Only a few available, reserved first come basis)

·  Since this is a church sponsored event, you will be asked to remove inappropriate items and each vendor is responsible for his/her sales tax.

·  Please state on the application if you are bringing your own set up. Free standing panels are limited to 6ft. in height. Racks and stands can be used inside your space only.

·  The fee can be refundable until October 16th, 2015, no exceptions.

·  Our church is located at 14514 Lucia Riverbend Hwy, Mt Holly NC, 28120.

This is off of Highway 16.
