Faith & Values Media announced the premiere of “Naomi’s New Morning,” an uplifting, spiritually-charged, one-hour weekly Sunday morning talk show produced by Lightworks Producing Group. The show, which takes viewers on an entertaining journey across America with inspiring and provocative stories about the vitality of faith, will air its first episode on November 27 on Hallmark Channel.

“Naomi’s New Morning” explores how faith is interwoven in contemporary life, popular culture, and personal transformations. Hosted by Naomi Judd and her circle of friends from diverse faith backgrounds, the program is taped with a studio audience. Every week, the show will feature profiles and conversations, lifestyle segments, media reviews, essays and commentaries, music and more to help viewers find affirmation for integrating their beliefs into their daily lives.

“I’m a communicator,” says Naomi Judd, “whether I’m expressing myself through writing a song or a book or I am singing, acting, or speaking at an engagement or even chatting one-on-one with a stranger on the street. Finding a way to share our common experiences is my grand passion. ‘Naomi’s New Morning is a wonderful way for me to do just that.’”

Rising from humble, small town beginnings to superstar status, Naomi Judd, a divorced single mother, became America’s reigning country music star in the 1980’s. Along with daughter Wynonna, the Judds were undefeated for eight consecutive years at all three major country music awards shows, selling over 20 million albums and winning five Grammy awards. In 1990, Naomi’s career was cut short by chronic hepatitis. Naomi Judd has written seven books including her New York Times best-selling autobiography “Love Can Build a Bridge.” As host of “Naomi’s New Morning,” Naomi beautifully translates faith and values, humor, common sense, and belief in the mind-body-spirit connection into a powerful and unforgettable program.

“’Naomi’s New Morning’ is a show that embraces cultural, social and religious diversity,” said Edward J. Murray, President and CEO, Faith & Values Media. “It offers a fresh perspective on how to make meaningful connections between personal beliefs and how those beliefs navigate life. We are proud to deliver a program designed to instill compassion, tolerance, and a sense of community among viewers.” David Kenin, Executive Vice President of Programming, Hallmark Channel added, “We are thrilled to have a star like Naomi Judd as a regular part of our schedule. She is smart, funny, and endlessly charming.”
