Indoor Park Guidelines 2013-2014

Welcome to Faith Fellowship Church Indoor Park. We have developed this park as a ministry to parents and their children. It is one small way that we can show God’s love to our community.

Our Purpose is to provide a safe and fun place where parents can socialize and kids can play with toys and other children. The following contains information and rules for all participants.

LOCATION:Faith Fellowship Church Multipurpose Room, 6734 Bridgetown Road.

TIMES:Tuesdays, 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Cleanup begins at 1:15 p.m. If questionable weather conditions exist, we will operate again under the Oak Hills Local School District.

*****If Oak Hills is delayed or closes we will be closed.

COST: FREE – to anyone with children ages Birth-Preschool – Age 5

2. Each family please donate Clorox Anywhere Spray and/or Wipesduring IP season.

  1. The outside doors will be locked at 12:00 for security reasons.
  2. Children are not allowed to bring playthings from home (non-mobile infants excepted).
  3. Use of church facilities is limited to the multipurpose room, lunchroom and restrooms.
  4. Parents must supervise play at craft tables at all times. Items on tables must be kept in an orderly fashion and within the confines of the craft area (as necessary).
  5. The Maximum number of children an adult can bring is 4.
  6. Please use- changing station in the auditorium infant area for changing all diapers.

Please do not put soiled diapers in the LADIES RESTROOMS. Use the auditorium.

  1. We greatly appreciate all who help with either set-up or cleanup.
  2. Toys used only as Toys - No throwing toys, no jumping off climbers, boxes, walking on chairs etc.
  3. All children attending FFC Indoor Park must be supervised by an adult at all times. If you leave the gym area for any reason (i.e. to take a child to the rest room), you must take the other children in your care or ask another adult to supervise them in your absence. Please supervise children in rest room at all times.
  4. If you bring other children to Indoor Park who are not your own, their parents/guardians must have read and signed the guidelines and liability release for their children to participate.
  5. You are responsible for the behavior of all children you bring. Children are not allowed to hit, kick or harm others present. You will be responsible to discipline your children when necessary. You may be asked to leave or remove your children from the play area if they become disruptive.

  7. No food, drink, chewing gum, cough drops, bottles or sippy cups in the playing area. Snack lunches/snacks are allowed only in the lunch area at designated times. Please – no food or drinks in the Multipurpose Room where children are playing.******************
  8. When using the lunch area, please completely clean up after yourself and the children in your care. Throw away all unwanted food and trash, and wipe off table with wipes provided. Please check the floor for stray items.
  9. Toys must be kept in designated areas. The toy storage area is off limits to all children.
  10. KEEP SICK CHILDREN AT HOME. No child or parent with a communicable disease (i.e. fever, chicken pox, pink eye, etc.) should be at Indoor Park. If a child or parent contracts a contagious disease after having visited Indoor Park, the parent/guardian must inform the church or Jan immediately so that families exposed can be notified. Sign in daily for this reason.
  11. Report immediately any injuries that occur while at Indoor Park which require care.

These rules have been established to keep Indoor Park running smoothly.
