Engine: Over 800 horsepower at the crank achieved through an alcohol injected, supercharged, forged GM LS6 (5.7 ltr. / 346 ci) with an intercooled, oil injected Paxton Novi 2000 running at 12 psi (w/ TiAL 50mm BOV); fed by an AlkyControl dual nozzle methanol injection system using a PAC progressive regulator and 2 Bar GM MAP sensor.
Methanol system pressurizes at four PSI with progressive injection through full boost.
Block by M2 Race Systems; built by ECS with Manley Pro Series forged rods & pistons, ported heads, MAF & throttle body, FAST LSX™ Intake Manifold, Comp Cams ECS Blower Cam (Duration ~ 220s / Lift ~ 580s), King main bearings, Rollmaster double roller timing chain, ARP head stud kit, GM MLS gaskets, ported oil pump, Siemens 60# injectors with a MSD-2350 fuel pump booster: Cooled by a DeWitts aluminum radiator with integrated oil cooler using dual SPAL fans. Exhaust uses American Racing 1.75 long tube headers; high flow cats & X-pipe into Corsa Power-Plus RSC™ Pace Car Edition exhaust with Tigershark tips. /

Transmission / Gearing: RPM Level V 4L60/65E A4 transmission (with a B&M Racing Hi-Tek SuperCooler using a SPAL fan); Yank Racing SS 3200 torque converter; RPM extreme duty converter drive plate; GM Getrag rear differential with a Z06 3.42 carrier / gear set and hardened output shaft

Transmission includes: Media blast transmission case, RPM sleeved input drum, RPM 3-4 clutch pack, RPM reinforced sunshell with collar & bearing, double caged 29 element sprag, 4L65E low roller clutch, billet 4th gear servo, Transgo HD-2 shift kit, Corvette Servo, Wide 2-4 band, updated aluminum accumulator piston, GM 5 pinion planetary gearsets

Suspension: PFADT Race Engineering adjustable coil-over shocks; PFADT Race Engineering front & rear adjustable sway bar kit (6061 anodized aluminum arms, steel-spherical end links and polyurethane bushings) with an Elite Engineering E2 Tunnel Reinforcement Plate

Braking: Self centering, curved vane / slotted, radial float mount Girodisc rotors with 6061-T6 aluminum hats and Federal-Mogul Ferodo Racing DS2500 pads. Braking controls include a Biondo Racing 3000 psi Linelock.

Alcohol Burning / Supercharged 2003 Corvette C5 A4 Coupe

Engine: Methanol injected, supercharged, forged GM LS6 (5.7 ltr. / 346 ci) motor with forced induction provided by an intercooled, oil injected, Paxton Novi 2000 Supercharger running at 12 psi (with a TiAL 50mm BOV using a 9 psi spring), which is fed by an AlkyControl dual nozzle methanol injection system (running VP Racing M1 Methanol), controlled by a PAC progressive regulator and 2 Bar GM MAP sensor. The methanol system pressurizes at four psi and continues progressive injection through full boost.

Machine work by M2 Race Systems using a CK21 Sunnen honed block along with a balanced, polished & pinned crankshaft. Engine was then assembled at East Coast Supercharging (ECS) using fully machined Manley pro series "I" beam 4340 steel forged rods (weight matched); Manley 2618 high strength aluminum forged pistons (pin-fitted using heavy duty tool steel wristpins) and Total Seal 1.5MM plasma moly high performance rings. The build included ECS head porting; ECS ported oil pump; Comp Cams ECS Blower Cam (proprietary grind: Duration ~ 220s / Lift ~ 580s); King high performance silicone coated main bearings, Rollmaster double roller timing chain; ARP 2000 head stud kit; GM MLS gaskets; FAST LSX™ polymer Intake Manifold with Siemens Deka Mototron 60# High Impedance injectors and MSD-2350 fuel pump booster; Ported Throttle Body; Ported MAF with A&A Mass Air Flow Sensor Girdle; K&N custom oil cap breather; Campbell Hausfeld Air/Oil Separator/Filter & Catch Can; NGK TR-6 spark plugs and more.

Exhaust uses American Racing 304 stainless 1.75 long tube headers with high flow / severe duty metallic substrate cats and X-pipe into a Corsa Performance Power-Plus RSC™ (Reflective Sound Cancellation™) Pace Car Edition stainless exhaust with Tigershark tips.

The gauge package includes an A-Pillar replacement bezel with Analog Autometer Z Series fuel pressure and vac/boost gauges using Autometer ATM-3286 blue LEDs along with an alcohol pressure status LED indicator. Onboard system status and diagnostics are provided through a Hypertech Hyperpac performance computer.

Cooling Systems: Engine using a custom fabricated DeWitts aluminum radiator running dual SPAL high performance fans with integrated / custom ECS oil cooler, braided lines and 160 degree thermostat. Transmission uses a B&M Racing Hi-Tek trans SuperCooler with high performance SPAL fan (13-1/2"x9"x3-1/2" core, 9-1/2" fan, 175 degree thermostat, braided lines).

Braking: Self centering radial float mount Girodisc rotors (A1-009 & A2-009) using 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum hats and cast iron curved vane / slotted discs (attached using cadmium plated alloy steel drive pins with grade 12 cap screws and hardened anti-noise spring washers) with Federal-Mogul Ferodo Racing DS2500 brake pads (0.50 coefficient of friction at all temperatures) and braided lines running Castrol GT LMA fluid. Rear brake cooling added through a GM C5 Z06 rear brake cooling scoop and duct kit. Braking controls include an ECS built Biondo Racing 3000 psi Linelock / Roll Control solenoid & switch. Stainless steel brake pad covers added for appearance.

Safety: Black 5-point 4130 Chromoly Rollbar (.083 thickness) welded to the frame with removable driver's side bar (using clevis joints and quick release pins), fabricated & tig welded in-house at ECS. Driver's side restraint uses a Simpson Camlock black 5-point harness. Additionally, added a billet mounted MaxOut B:C 1-lb. chrome fire extinguisher.
