Faculty Forum 2016: Spaces for Learning

The Faculty Forum took place on 16 March 2016 at Heart of the Campus. Thank you to all those who attended as a delegate or facilitator and also to those delegates who were able to take the time to complete the online evaluation and help inform the planning for the 2017 event.

Evaluation suggestions for future content: Add a closing plenary; make more use of twitter traffic; longer event duration; more technology sessions; more professional services sessions; reintroduce chairs for parallel sessions and holding poster session over lunch; look at new trends for learning and students' experience of their courses overall and at university.

Presentation materials from the keynote speaker, Prof. Carol Evans and many of the parallel sessions are available on the event webpage . There is also a webpage of event photographs.

Date for the Diary:

Next year's event will take place at city campus on 5 April 2017. In a change to previous years where we have held a half day event the 2017 forum may be scheduled across a full day to include an earlier keynote and the option for delegates to attend lunch and a total of 3 parallel sessions across the afternoon.
