Instructions:

D. Sustainability (FIETS)

-Briefly describe the progress on the project sustainability aspects (FIETS)

-Sustainability is defined as Financial, Institutional. Environmental, Technical and Social sustainability (FIETS) with a special focus to the cross cutting themes ‘Environment’, ‘Climate’, ‘Gender’ and ‘Good governance’. More information can be found in annex 3i FIETS-checklist.

ICSR

Final Update of ICSR risks and mitigation.

-Please provide a final update on the status of the identified ICSR risks and ICSR risk mitigation as presented as part of the project’s M&E plan (annex 3e) and ICSR risk analysis (annex 3f).

Is one of the essential suppliers or one of the project partners possibly using child labour or forced labour? Yes No

-If yes, please identify the partner and elaborate on the situation.

-With regard to the implementation of the project according to ILO Conventions 138 and 182 against child labour and ILO Conventions 29 and 105 against forced labour, you must establish that no use is made of child labour or forced labour at the partners involved in the partnership, or at the essential supplier to the project. You are legally bound to provide RVO.nl with any information you may have about the possible use of child labour or forced labour by such partners or suppliers. If one of the aforementioned partners or suppliers is found to be using child labour or forced labour, or if you fail to pass on information you have received on this subject to RVO.nl, the subsidy may be withdrawn.

E. Lessons learned & spin-off

-Please describe your lessons learned and view on the futureof the project.

Partnership

-Please describe how the partners will continue their collaboration in the future. Describe all internal and external factors that haveaffected the project partnership;how these were resolved and help in future endeavours of current and potential other partners.

Investment Climate

-Please report on problems and risks that interfered with the project (i.e. in doing business in the country), thus hampering a successful continuation and/or scaling up of the project. Describe what measures were taken to solve these issues.

Follow-up financing

-Please describe the prospects for external follow-up financing after implementation of the project, and discussions with banks or other financial institutions on this subject. If no discussions took place or if they were not successful, why not?

Internal and external learning

-With the knowledge that you have now, what would you have done differently throughout the implementation of the project?

-Which other entities (companies, governments, chambers of commerce, knowledge institutions, associations, investment agencies etc) have learned from your project? How did they learn from it and how has it improved their performance?

Final Audit report

-Provide the Final Audit report, covering the full project period

Monitoring & Evaluation report (for project > € 5 million subsidy only)

-The final evaluation report should cover the entire project period and be conducted by an independent consultant.
