To ensure all stakeholders understand and embrace the actions required to further enhance patient safety on F8. (Communication plan) /
- To discuss and inform ward management team of the changes proposed, securing full support for the implementation team and governance of the change management process.
- To disseminate changes to all staff on F8 through a series of ward based launch events (to be arranged).
