EYFS and Year 1 Class Assembly

Please take the time to complete our annual Parent Survey and return by Friday 8th July –

your feedback counts very much.

(A returns box is in the school office)

Positive Behaviour and Attitude

The standard of behaviour across the school is one of our strengths and this has been commented on by visitors.

School Rules: We have 3 key rules:

These are our school rules, which are regularly reinforced in class and assemblies. They are displayed prominently around school:

  • Follow Instructions straight away from all adults!
  • Show good manners at all times!
  • Respect and care for everyone and everything!

KS2 Pupils – Home AlonePupils in KS2 will only be permitted to walk home alone, if their new class teacher has received a letter informing us of this. We do need a new letter this academic year. For the safety of our pupils, it is essential that Teachers and Teaching Assistants see that the children go home with an adult.

Water BottlesAs part of our commitment to Healthy Schools, all children are given an eco water bottle! We will be sending these bottles home by the end of this week for children to fill with WATER only and bring to school every day. All pupils will have the chance to drink from their bottles throughout the school day! We will not be able to offer spare bottles to pupils if they forget to bring their bottle to school.

Gold Healthy Schools

We have been awarded Gold Healthy School status for our work and support for Young Carers in school – we are delighted with this award!

Asthma

If your child suffers from asthma, please can you pop into the office and collect Asthma forms, that need to be completed and returned to school. Many thanks.
