EXTRA-CURRICULAR CLUBS
3rd October to 2nd December 2016
I have attached the extra-curricular clubs form for you and your child/ren to look through. Please note there are limited places available on some clubs so these will be on a ‘first come, first served basis’.
We have added, removed and changed the way we deal with some clubs, please look through carefully.
NO BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS WE HAVE A SIGNED APPLICATION FORM AND PAYMENT. IF YOU ARE PAYING BY PARENTPAY PLEASE SEND THE FORM CLEARLY MARKING IT ‘PARENTPAY’.
Places will be confirmed by text message.
We may need to contact you regarding the possibility of cancelling a club, please ensure we have the correct mobile number on our system.
Children who miss more than 2 club sessions, which are not due to illness or appointments, will lose their place to another child, should there be a waiting list.
Please ensure your child is collected on time and note finishing times of clubs as times vary.
