BACKGROUND
Over 23years of work experience in Process Fields and Laboratory, out of which 3½ years worked Oiland Gas Processing Plants and remaining period in chemical and Petrochemical Industries and Laboratory.Worked as a Process Technician, Operation Technician, Operator, and Commissioning Supervisor levels. Broad experience and leadership capacity in pre-commissioning, commissioning of the Gas Processing plants and Petrochemical Plant. start-up, process trouble-shooting, process optimization studies, plant de-bottlenecking, plant revamps and modifications( Distillery plant ). Preparation of commissioning procedures, Punch list, Fire & Gas system and Permit to work system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor all plant and well head parameters throughDCS and in the field and do adjustments when required to get production targets. Carry out start up and shut down safely and efficiently with follow up of Company HSE policies. Monitor F & G and ESD panels and take actions. Control the chemical injection rates and change the plant parameters, as per lab results. Prepare the daily reports and carry out PTW procedures to make work permits. Carry out minor mechanical and instruments jobs. Follow up scheduled job such as pump change over, chemicals & SRV’s checklist, safety meeting and emergency response exercises
UNITS HANDLED:
Gas Pre-Treatment units, Well head Operations, Condensate Fractionation unit, Sulphur recovery unit, LPG recovery unit, Utilities such as Water treatment unit, Air compressor unit, Nitrogen /Oxygen generation N2O2 Plant, Fire water unit, Offsites such as storages (Double wall tank, Floating roof, Sphere) and Fired heaters, In Quality Control Chemical Laboratory .
Analayes of chemical and water samples from ProductionUnit / Distillation units, water treatment plant, Effuluent treatment plant.
EQUIPMENTS & OTHERS HANDLED:

1. Deputed to OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LTD, HAZIRA, Having good knowledge of GUJARAT, INDIA for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Gas Processing Plant Phase III project . Worked in the unites CODENSATE FRACTION UNIT and SULPHUR RECOVERY UNIT.
2. Deputed to INDIAN PETROCHEMICAL LTD, GANDHAR PROJECT at DAHEJ, GUJARAT, INDIA for the Pre- Commissioning and Commissioning of Phase I PVC Plant. Worked Units are NITROGEN OXYGEN PLANT (N2 O2).PVC PLANT, PRODUCT TRANSFER DEPARTMENT (LPG, ETHYLEN, NAPTHA, LYE AND ACID), Waste Water TREATMENT Units. Worked in CHLOR ALKALI PLANT also for Producing of Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide and Chlorine

Worked as a TECHINICIAN (OPERATION) with SOUTHERN AGRIFURANE INDUSTRIES LTD, MUNDIYAMPAKKAM, VILLUPURAM, and TAMILNADU, INDIA.For Production of Furfural from Xylane from bagasse. Ethyl Alcohol from Molasses.Worked in the units of Digester Section, Distillation Section, Distillery Section and Quality Control Department (Chemistry Laboratory). Gas Sweetening of H2S Rich gas by using MDEA SOLUTION (MethylDi Ethanol Amine) and Regeneration of H2S Rich solution. Gas Dehydration is using TEG ( Tri Ethylene Glycol) and regeneration system. Dew Point Depression Unit and Condensate Fractionation Unit.
Deputed to GAS AUTHORITY OF INDIA LTD, MADHYAPRADESH, INDIA for LPG Recovery Plant, Utilities and Offsite Units.This Plant Consist of Molecular sieve bed dryers, Carbon filters, Separators, Cold box,Gas Turbine Compressors, Expander –Compressor, LEF and LPG Columns.Commissioned Utilities like Air Compressor system, Inert Gas Generation System, Raw Water System.
