Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the finalist will be an individual of the highest integrity, who exhibits vision as a leader and the ability to be entrepreneurial and innovative in guiding the organization toward the future. This person will be an effective communicator, who values listening as highly as speaking. A high level of personal energy and leadership presence, outstanding organizational skills and an enthusiasm for results-oriented performance is required. The finalist candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years successful leadership experience within a high quality, service oriented healthcare or hospitality setting and a Bachelor's degree is required.
The Executive Director will support and enhance Moorings Park at Grey Oaks’s reputation as a premier provider of senior services. Providing leadership to the organization through planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the community’s overall operations, the Executive Director maintains a highly visible and interactive presence with residents and team members, while cultivating and promoting services across the continuum, as well as promoting the organization in the greater community.
