In response to your second request for information regarding Bury Healthy Homes Scheme/Bury Action for Warmth SchemeBury Council is happy to supply the information below:

  1. Please can you confirm the number of people who sent an application to join in the years 2010/2011/2012 Healthy Homes Scheme.

Bury Council has interpreted this question to mean the number of people who were sent an application given question 2 asks for the number of people who returned an application. Without this interpretation questions 1 and 2 are asking for the same information.

20,000 were sent an application to join in the scheme.

  1. Please can you confirm the number of people who returned anapplication to join in this years 2010/2011/2012 Healthy HomesScheme.

1711 returned an application to join in the scheme.

  1. Please can you confirm the number of people who qualified andwere accepted to participate in this years 2010/2011/2012 HealthyHomesScheme.

286 applicants qualified and were accepted.

  1. Please confirm the amount allocated to be spent in Bury for theyears 2010/2011/2012/2013 Healthy Homes Scheme.

The amount allocated i.e. the budget was £39,900.

  1. Please advise me the number of people and wards of those acceptedin Healthy Homes Scheme 2010/2011/2012.

286 applicants accepted and had measures installed. Bury Council does not hold the information broken down by ward.

For transparency purposes, it is now the Council’s policy to advise on the costs of dealing with each Freedom of Information request. Please note that to deal with this request it has taken 1 hour and has cost the Council £25.
