Align
Bodyalignment blend. It helps to allow physically relax and release of tension being held in the muscles. Helps to deeply relax the myofascia that holds the muscles to the spine and other joints, thus allowing the whole body to straighten and realign. Align blend used in massage moves the muscles electrically and may be supportive to the energy and muscular systems.
Apply 2 to 3 drops on either side of the spine and massage it gently into the muscles along the spine.
Apply 1 to 2 drops to the spinal reflex points on the feet,
Can add 6 to 10 drops in ½ cup of Dead Sea Salt and soak in a very warm, not hot bath.

Breathe
This is a blend with good decongestive effects, and the power to make mucous more fluid. It can be used for inhalation in a diffuser or vaporizer. This blend could also be used neat on the lung and sinus reflex points of the foot. Contains Niaouli, an essential oil known to contain molecules that help relieve and prevent respiratory allergies. The primary active molecules in this blend a 1,8 cineloles. 1,8 cineole is an overall booster of the respiratory system, providing a powerful antiseptic action as well as supporting the immune system. In case of fevers, it helps the body to not exceed a safe temperature.
6 to 10 drops in ½ cup of Dead Sea Salt added to a hot bath. Soaking helps the body to absorb the essential oils and the steam helps open the sinuses.
May be applied 1 or 2 drops to the sole of the feet and/or the lung and sinus reflex points.
Diluted 6 to 10 drops in an ounce of carrier oil and massaged over the lung area of the chest and back, cover with a warm cloth such as flannel, useful for coughing and congestion.

Used in a mist and/or in a diffuser for cleansing the environment. This is a heavy-duty antiseptic and a powerful energetic cleanser and is specific for accumulated negative or stagnant energy. This blend is particularly helpful in clearing up and preventing mold and fungus. Can also be used in the washing machine and dishwasher to prevent the spread of germs between family members. Dr. Daniel Penoel has taught that if you have recurring upper respiratory illnesses, you need to purify the colon in order to break the cycle. This blend can be used 2 to 3 drops on the digestive organs reflex points of the feet, or diluted 6 to 10 drops in ½ ounce of carrier oil rubbed clockwise over the colon area of the abdomen.
2 to 3 drops in a 00 capsule with olive oil for adult indigestion.

TriSpice
Essential oils selected form an ancient formula used by spice traders during the time of the plague. This is a blend of gentle alcohols which are non-toxic and yet known to be effective anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents. Parents who have used this application have commented that their kids are the only ones who are not out sick from school or daycare. If your child should get a cold or the flu, you can apply the blend to the soles of the feet 4 to 6 times a day until they are better. If your child is two or older you can also use Breathe blend if they are sick with a cold, under age two, we recommend using Ravensara on the feet and chest (diluted 5 to 10 drops in 5 ml of carrier oil).
