Bid criteria: / Ø  The school(s) making the bid can demonstrate need and have the support of staff and governors
Ø  The bid forms a central part of the school’s overall development plan
Ø  The intended outcome is that the PPG / non PPG gap is narrowed by at least 5% in 2015 compared with 2014
Ø  The school is working collaboratively and preferably includes a cross phase element in the programme
Ø  The school is committed to funding some of the programme themselves
Ø  The maximum amount any one group of schools may bid for is £6K
