Receptionist
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's hottest new leisure brands. Rock Up has three successful sites at Whiteley in Hampshire, Birmingham and Hull, with further sites planned into 2018 and beyond.
Rock Up are now recruiting for a Receptionist at its Birmingham centre at Broadway Plaza. In this role the successful candidate will be part of the team establishing a new exciting concept in indoor leisure in retail and high footfall environments. As the Receptionist you will be responsible for ensuring that you provide a friendly, efficient service and a lasting impression to all customers using the centre. You will be expected to greet and deal with large numbers of enquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
You will be supported by the Centre Manager who you will be responsible to.
For this Receptionist position we are looking for:
-Experience gained as a Receptionist in other leisure organisations.
-Exceptional customer services and engagement skills.
-An outgoing and enthusiastic personality and a positive attitude.
-Highly organised with strong IT and communication skills, with the confidence to take bookings and upsell climbing sessions, childrens’ parties and corporate events.
-Someone who can cope under pressure and remain calm at busy times of the day.
- You will also be responsible for cash handling and assisting when required in other areas of the centre which will include the café bar.
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced leisure setting essential.
- In this role you will also be responsible for the monitoring and completion of time sheets for all staff, as per the rota.
