EXAM INFORMATION

Date / Sunday 25TH March 2018
Venue / Turves Green Boys School in the dance studio
Time / Your child’s exact exam time will be on the notice board six weeks prior to the exam date. Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes prior to your exam time. The exam session is running between 9am – 4pm.
Certificates and medals / Will be handed out along with their report normally about 2-3 weeks after their exam. When you check your exam time please check your child’s name is spelt correctly on the exam timetable as this is what will appear on their certificates.

Your child has been entered for the below highlighted exam(s) and must wear the uniform stated below, failure to wear the correct uniform and hairstyle could result in your child being withdrawn from the exam on the day:

Grade 1 £25.50 / Prep Girls – lilac leotard with attached skirt, white dance socks, and pink ballet shoes with elastic.
G1 Girls – Black leotard, pink ballet tights, pink ballet shoes with elastic
Hair – classical ballet bun (no doughnuts to be used)

Boys -Tights or shorts and vest/leotard or all in one. White socks, ballet shoes with elastic

Rock n Roll
One dance award £15.50
Gold Bar 1 £18.40 / Own rock n roll inspired costume. Please make sure it is bright and colourful and appropriate to dance in. Jazz shoes or sneakers must be worn. Make up is optional and hairstyle is your own choice
OTHER THINGS TO THINK ABOUT……. / No nail varnish, no jewellery, no transfer tattoos, and no underwear showing.

The above fee is due on or before SATURDAY 17th March 2018. Failure to meet this deadline will mean your child is unable to be entered for the exam. The exam fee is non-refundable.
