1.April 1– May1st Pay for HONOR CORDS-$12.00 (3.1 Honors 3.5 High Honors GPA) PURCHASE IN OLD CAFÉ ON TUESDAY/THURSDAY ONLY FROM 8:00-8:45 OR in Mrs. Pace’s officeBEFOREschool. She will not take money at any other time. Do not go during class or during homeroom.Two weeks after Spring Break we will have your GPA

2.May 7th – PROM @ Wahabi Temple 9:00 – 12:00. PURCHASE TICKETS $45 FOR SENIORS/ $50 FOR NON-TERRY DATES IN OLD CAFÉ ON TUESDAY/THURSDAY ONLY FROM 8:00-8:45. If you are bringing a non-Terry Date you must have form turned in before you can purchase date’s ticket. Forms are in BARNETT, PATRICK, THOMAS, JACKSON, LIBRARY & FRONT OFFICE.

3.May 16 Sr. Field Day – GO TO HOMEROOM TO BE DISMISSED FOR FIELD DAY. YOU MUST WALK TO THE FIELD. YOU CANNOT DRIVE YOUR CAR TO FIELD. DEADLINE TO PAY IS THURSDAY, MARCH 24TH

5.May 17- 8:00 a.m. - Practice for Class night at TERRY HIGH SCHOOL GYM,We'll have a Senior Breakfast after practice. Be on time and plan to follow directions quickly.

6.May 17Senior Class Night - Promptly at 5:00p.m. $10.00

THS GYM

All Terry High School Seniors are encouraged to plan to participate in this traditional evening of Senior Awards and Recognition. Each student is asked to pay $10.00-CASH ONLY-NO CHECKS. Pay your $10.00 IN OLD CAFÉ ON TUESDAY/THURSDAY ONLY FROM 8:00-8:45 – LAST DAY TO PAY IS MAY 1ST

Remember that this is a dignified occasion and your behavior and dress should be exemplary. Your family and friends are invited to attend. There is no charge. Due to the length of the program, it is encouraged that small children not attend. All cell phones of those in attendance should be turned to off.

Appropriate dress for seniors is required.

Girls:Black or White outfits - dresses or dressy pantsuits are acceptable.

Boys:Dark (Black not khaki) slacks, dark dress shoes (no athletic or tennis shoes), white shirt, and ties

7.May 19Graduation Day

No one will be allowed on the Coliseum floor except the graduates and dignitaries. All pictures taken during the ceremony must be taken from the guest area.

Pictures by Bruckner’s will be taken in the Press Lounge beginning at 5:00 at NORTH ENTRANCE. You must come early if you want pictures. Parents will not be allowed onto floor and you will pick up your diploma before you leave floor. No exceptions.
YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO KEEP YOUR CAP & GOWN!!!!
Seniors should enter coliseum at SOUTH ENTRANCE-PEARL STREET ENTRANCE for practice and for graduation.
Guests attending graduation must enter at NORTH ENTRANCE-HIGH STREET ENTRANCE. This is the entrance where seating is accessible and wheelchair accessible.

REMEMBER – RAYMOND WILL HAVE THEIR GRADUATION BEGINNING AT 5:00SO THERE WILL BE MANY PEOPLE AT THE COLISEUM, THAT IS WHY IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU TELL YOUR GUESTS EXACTLY WHICH ENTRANCE THEY ARE TO ENTER.

10:00 a.m. - SHARP. - Practice - Mississippi ColiseumYou must be at practice to participate in graduation.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TELL YOUR GUESTS THAT NO BALLOONS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE COLISEUM. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED! THE COLISEUM IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEY WILL NOT ALLOW BALLOONS!!

7:00 p.m.GRADUATION CEREMONY – As you graduate, you get the folder for your diploma. After graduation, you go to the assigned areas to get your diploma.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.NO COLORED SHOES/BOOTS, FLIP FLOPS WILL BE ALLOWED AT GRADUATION. IF YOU HAVE THESE ON YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
