EXHIBIT DETAILS
Events and Meals
Business/Corporate Partners receive two complimentary meal tickets to the Monday and Tuesday luncheons. In addition, you will be seated at a reserved table. Additional meal tickets may be purchased—see registration form.
Food and Drink Samples
· Exhibitors may provide a sample size of their product to conference attendees.
· A “sample size” is defined as one bite of food and/or two ounces or less of liquid.
· The Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport reserves all catering and concession rights for food and beverage services.
Gifts for Attendee Drawings in Exhibit Hall
Increase your exposure by donating a gift! Drawings will be conducted during each exhibit break Monday and Tuesday. Your company name and donated gift will be announced and the winner will be instructed to pick up his/her gift from your exhibit table. Typical gifts include gift baskets, electronics, gift certificates and books. Please reserve smaller items such as company pens, cups, hats and rulers for private giveaways or prizes at your exhibit. Please provide your gift description by Wednesday, Oct. 2. If you meet the deadline, your company will be recognized in attendee registration packets.

The exhibit area will be locked during the evening hours. If you have special needs or unique circumstances, please contact AWSP’s Linda Thomas | 800.562.6100.
Housing/Room Reservations
· Room Block Rates: Single or Double - $125 (Wing) or $135 (Tower) + 12.4% tax.
· To Reserve: Call 206.246.8600 or access online reservations at the websites of AWSP, WASA and WSASCD.
· Reservation Deadline: Friday, Sept. 30, 2013.
