You are assigned to conduct a Creek Survey by going to the listed locations and report the condition of the creek, using the guidelines below. Report each location as you assess it on a packet ICS 213 or by voice, “from location” is “Loc., Name”.

Findings: add brief comments as needed. For example, for a station not flooding the finding could be, “water 4’ below top of bank.” Or, for a flooding station, “6 to 8” of water in right lane.” Or, “mobile home burning in flooded river, gas fire, power line down.” You can be as creative as you like! (Be sure to include “Drill Traffic.”)
