Chris Maccarone requests to include when referring to traveling football in the minutes to note traveling now includes 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. For clarity, because in years past 6th grade was not included with traveling.
Jennifer Hoel motions to approve minutes from previous meeting, Tony Deutsch seconds. Minutes approved.
Todd Bucci goes over meeting he and Shane Ferguson had with the Big Board to go over our budget. They will update our financials monthly, however when brought to monthly football board meetings, they will be a month behind.
Todd Bucci goes over budget. He did not make purchase for next years Jerseys for 6th, 7th and 8th grades by the April 1st deadline to guarantee the price, he is going to see if he can extend deadline with Riddell. 3rd, 4th, 5th, grade football jersey purchase was finalized.
Shane had meeting with SSYFL, they will send out rules and regulations for our approval or disapproval, we will have by May’s board meeting.
Chris Bridgeman goes over website. The link for the store is up. Has graphics that match the store, he will implement those on info and communication to give a consistent feel. Is going to implement an “opt-in” to sign-up for newsletter on site.

Jen Hoel volunteers to help Chris Bridgeman with website
Deandre Jones and Chris Maccarone Volunteer to do game scheduling for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade and work with SSYFL on 6th, 7th and 8th grade and work with Craig Osberg on flag football.
Ben Bauer will work with Todd Bucci to transition into Equipment Manager
Tony Deutsch and Todd Bucci volunteer to do Friday Flyer and Yard Signs
Ben Bauer volunteers to head player safety, Board volunteers Aaron Hormann to help Ben.
Head of Fundraiser is tabled
Shane moves on to discussing fundraiser.
Board votes to move from steak fry to raffle tickets as main fundraiser, vote affirms changing fundraiser to raffle tickets from steak fry.
Shane proposes vote to have younger kids to sell fewer raffle tickets than older kids. Vote ends in tie, Shane has deciding vote. Shane is going to hold off making decision. He is going to do some research and make his decision by next board meeting.

April 20th, Large Communication update to Kristen for Football along with changes around registration, fundraiser and evaluations
April 14th Friday Flyer to board for review and approval, once done need 196 approval for the four feeder schools.
End of April - Signs to be out in BLVD's for registration

TBD once we get more details: For Championship games - If EVAA hosts and use the Eastview Stadium we will have some planning needed for the announcing, Jennifer to work with higher school teams on concession stands (this is normally a fundraiser for them) and programs if applicable.
