REGISTRATION:

The registration must be done using the form available on the webpage of workshop, and also at the bottom attach on this circular.

The deadline is March 31, 2013. The conditions of payment will be available on the webpage payment-fees.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

We invite you to submit an abstract for oral presentation or poster. Abstract submission is possible only for registered participants. The abstract must be submitted before January 15, 2013, using the form available on the webpage of workshop or at the bottom of this circular. Please, send your proposals to EVS 2013 mailto:. Abstracts will be put online at the website of meeting 22th_workshopEVS2013,from March 2013.

ACCOMMODATION

The organization staff of meeting will not provide booking service for the accommodations of participants. All the information about the accommodation areavailable on the meeting webpage accommodation, all the places are close the Orto Botanico and Accademia dei Lincei.

Moreover in the webpage, indicated above, you can find the specific contacts to define the modality how to make reservations and payment.

All accommodation sites have been already contacted by the meeting staff. The staff will be available for any clarification and help on the logistics of accommodation, for all the participants in the EVS workshop. For any additional information, help or questions please contact .

WORKSHOP PROGRAMME OUTLINE

The topics of this 22ndEVS 2013 workshop are: Coastal and Inland Saline Vegetation; Red List Evaluation of Plant Communities.

We are pleased to announce that subsequently to the 22nd EVS Workshop, a meeting of the International Federation of Phytosociology (FIP) will take place in the same venue (Auditorium of the Accademia dei Lincei) on Friday 12. All participants in the EVS Workshop are invited to attend the FIP meeting, for which no fee is required.

WORKSHOP & EXCURSION FEES

The registration fees for each participant are 110.00€ (IAVS member) and 125.00€ (non IAVS member), which cover:

  • lunches and coffee-breaks;
  • workshop pack with programme.

The registration fees for students (M.Sc., Ph.D. students) are 85.00€(IAVS member) and 95.00€ (non IAVS member), which cover:

  • lunches and coffee-breaks;
  • workshop pack with programme.

The registration fee foraccompanying persons is 50.00 €, which covers:

  • lunches and coffee-breaks during the Workshop (9 and 10 April).

The additional fee for the workshop excursion on April 11 is 25.00 €, which covers:

  • lunch;
  • transport from/to Orto Botanico.

Only 240 persons can participate, so the “first come first served” principle will be applied.

The Social Dinner will be kindly offered by the Director of the Orto Botanico Prof. Carlo Blasi. All registered participants (EVS & FIP) are invited.
