  16. Gratuities-something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service
  17. Image-how a person is viewed, the concept , mental representation, or idea of someone held by the public
  18. Integrity-firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values; adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character
  19. Legislation-method of conflict resolution where a law or rule is passed related to the behavior
  20. Litigation-method of conflict resolution where one party takes another party to court and a judge decides the issue
  21. Mediation-method of conflict resolution where a third party helps the two sides reach an agreement; the decision does not have to be accepted
  22. Morals-of, pertaining to, or concerned with the principles or rules of right conduct or the distinction between right and wrong
  23. Negotiation-conflict resolution where the two sides try to reach a compromise, but one side actually “gains” more than the other
