Anthony J. Langton
Tony has been extensively involved in rehabilitation services for over 36 years. His background includes work in vocational evaluation, vocational rehabilitation services, post-secondary education, and experiences with schools and community rehabilitation programs. For the past 22 years he has specialized in working with rehabilitation programs and agencies with applications of assistive technology and staff development and training. Currently he is a part of Pathfinder Associates providing technical assistance and training. He also is involved with distance education activities through San Diego State University and the Regional Continuing Education Program at Georgia State University. Tony was Project Director of Tech Connections, a project of United Cerebral Palsy working to enhance the use of assistive technology in vocational rehabilitation. Prior to this he was Project Director of the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center in South Carolina, which focused on rehabilitation technology applications in vocational rehabilitation. Before coming to South Carolina Tony was an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Stout involved in teaching, training, research and service in vocational evaluation, assistive technology, and vocational rehabilitation services.
Throughout his career Tony has been very active in professional associations including the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society (RESNA), the National Rehabilitation Association (NRA), the Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Association (VEWAA), and the Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals (VECAP). In 1996, he was honored with the RESNA Fellow Award for outstanding contribution to the field of assistive technology.

Vivian Larkin
Dr. Larkin has been a university educator, administrator, and researcher with more than 30 years of experience in, higher education, leadership, program development/implementation, training and vocational assessment. She recently retired as a faculty member in the Department of Rehabilitation & Special Education at Auburn University, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses for both traditional and distance education. Recent accomplishments include the following: 2004 inductee into Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society; 2003 recipient of Auburn University Alumni Association’s Minority Achievement Award; recipient of Auburn University’s Engineering Program of Excellence Award; senate representative for Auburn University Faculty Senate; visiting editor for the Rehabilitation Engineering & Assistive Technology Society of North America Journal (RESNA); editor of the Vocational Evaluation and Career Adjustment Program Journal (VECAP); and invited expert panelist at the 2004 National Summit on Disability and Distance Education, National Center on Disability and Access to Education.

Prior to joining the Department, Dr. Larkin was Associate Director for Special Programs/Minority Advancement at Auburn University for 10 years. In this position she developed and facilitated retention services for enhancing the academic adjustment, performance and retention of students with disabilities, African-American students, non-traditional older students, and international students. She has also worked in medical settings and states’ Human Resource Programs, principally as a human service administrator in Ohio, Georgia, and Florida. She has researched and published in the areas of vocational assessment, multicultural issues, and rural community transition services.

John W. Lui
John W. Lui, Ph. D., MBA, CDMS, CRC is the Executive Director of University of Wisconsin – Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute. Its Centers provide research, training, rehabilitation technology and various clinical services. He is also a principal of Enderlin & Chan, an organizational development and management consultation firm. In 2002, he was the President of National Rehabilitation Association (NRA). He is the current President of the National Association of Rehabilitation Leadership (NARL) and past Board Member of the Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Association (VEWAA), professional divisions of NRA. He was the Chair (1999-2000) and Past Commissioner (1996 – 2001) of the Certified Disability Management Specialist Commission (CDMSC), and is currently the Commissioner Emeritus and CDMSC representative to the Foundation of Rehabilitation Education Research (FRER) Board.
John is a member and Executive Committee member of the Wisconsin Rehabilitation Advisory Council. He has presented nationally and internationally, and published numerous articles and book chapters in the areas of Managed Care, Case Management, Disability Management, Absence Management, Aging and Work-Life Planning. In 1993, John was selected as a Mary E. Switzer Scholar. The NRA Job Placement and Development (NRAJPD), a professional Division of NRA, also named him as the 2000 Ortale Lecturer.

Spencer L. Mosley
Spencer L. Mosley has been actively involved in the field of vocational rehabilitation since receiving a Master’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. He’s worked as a vocational evaluator, a licensed vocational rehabilitation counselor and as a manager in five different offices of the State of Wisconsin’s Vocational Rehabilitation agency, retiring after nearly 32 years of service.
Currently he is training and consulting as a principal with Pathfinder Associates, LLC and is also a partner with Oyster Creative, a book publishing company. Spencer has also trained on various topics in many venues throughout the country, including the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA). He has continued as a trainer of the nationally renowned `Windmills’ attitudinal training program since 1995, and has delivered the program to managers, supervisors and educators representing dozens of private & public agencies and more than 1600 people throughout Wisconsin, and in Tennessee.
Spencer is a past recipient of the UW-Stout Outstanding Graduate Award. He was also one of 20 individual’s nominated by NRA to participate in their prestigious Mary Switzer Seminar in 2000. Spencer was selected as one of nine individual’s from Wisconsin to travel to the Ukraine and participate in the U.S. State Department’s `Community Partner’s’ international program of education/rehabilitation/business exchange in October, 2003.
