What is Included:

1. Administrative costs including Rider University orientation session and support services while abroad (Residence Life, CIE, academic support)

2. Rider University credit transfer and inclusion of courses in Rider transcript

3. Semester tuition at the either the University of Graz

4. Stipend: Rider University will provide each student with a stipend to defray expenses during their study abroad experience in Graz, Austria. The student will receive a check from Rider prior to their departure that they are to use to cover some of their expenses. The stipend sums below are determined using the corresponding criteria:

CURRENCY Fluctuations:
The current exchange rate is 1 EURO = $1.36 as of 2/22/10 and is only valid for this date indicated. The stipend check you will receive will use the exchange rate on the day in which the check is generated. This rate can therefore be higher or lower than the rate included in the document.

5. Local Advisor Services:

d) Coordination of first-day activities such as bank related activities, registration with US Embassy, visit to Universities, orientation of city
e) Academic support including attention to academic progress, tutorials for academic support, liaison with University as appropriate, semester report or CIE regarding student progress
f) 24/7 cell phone availability
g) Assistance as appropriate in medical and other emergencies
h) Provision of supplementary programming and tours in Graz and environs
