COUNTYCO-ORDINATOR OF THE YEAR AWARD 2013
NOMINATION FORM
To recognise the important part that Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators play in making Essex one of the safest places to live and work, Essex Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner are inviting applications for the Essex Co-ordinator of the Year Award 2013. Each Policing District is inviting the public and others involved in community safety to nominate Co-ordinators who have demonstrated excellent service in their community.
Each District will judge the nominations and submit one as their candidate for the prestigious Essex Co-ordinator of the Year Award, with all the other candidates receiving a certificate of appreciation.
Completed forms can be submitted in a number of ways by not later than 5.00pm on FRIDAY 10 JANUARY 2014. Details are shown on the next page).Forms handed into Police stations will be forwarded to the Community Resources Co-ordinator at Police HQ.
Forms will be considered only if you give your name and contact details. The decision of the Judging Panel is final, and the results will be announced in the local press and on the Essex NhW website at and the Essex Police website at
