§  Educated to Degree Level (or equivalent)
§  Additional Sector Training/Qualifications
§  Experience of Apple Hardware/Devices and cloud based IT systems including File Sharing
§  Proven experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
§  Proven experience of an effective Small Grants process
§  Proven experience of working as a Sector Development Manager (or equivalent) with significant responsibility
§  Proven experience of Consortium and Facility Development
§  Proven experience of Needs Analysis and Map & Survey
§  Knowledge of organisational systems and processes including Finance, HR and Membership Databases
§  Previous work experience in the Charity youth, education or community sector
§  Experience of Marketing, Communications and Social Media
§  Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
§  Experience of Quality Assurance and Standards
