“La Vida Diaria de (un/a) ______”

Objective: Students will demonstrate knowledge of usage and conjugations of reflexive verbs and non-reflexive verbs.

Objective: Students will communicate in Spanish using proper grammatical structures with reflexive verbs.

Objective: Students will practice spoken Spanish, emphasizing good phrasing and pronunciation.

Opción #1: Videotaped or Live Skit of a Daily Routine

Procedure:

  • Using “La Vida de Un Perro,” as a model, prepare a skit

about a daily routine.

  • Work in a group of no more than 3 individuals.
  • Narrate the skit, correctly conjugating and using reflexive verbs when necessary.
  • Show understanding of when a verb is reflexive and non-reflexive within the skit.
  • Skit may be performed live (en vivo) or it may be videotaped.

Grading Requirements and Rubric: ______/38

Objective: Students will communicate in Spanish using proper grammatical structures with reflexive verbs.

Objective: Students will practice spoken Spanish, emphasizing good phrasing and pronunciation.

Procedure:

  • Using “Esto es lo que hago” or “La Vida de Un Perro,” as a model, prepare a Power Point about a daily routine.
  • Students choosing this option must work individually. (no groups)
  • Narrate the presentation, using good pronunciation and phrasing.
  • Show understanding of when a verb is reflexive and non-reflexive within the presentation.
  • Power Point will be shown in front of the class

Objective: Students will practice spoken Spanish, emphasizing good phrasing and pronunciation.

  • Using the dialogue below as a model; Translate, memorize and then act out.
  • Students choosing this option must work in groups of 2
  • The presentation must be memorized and must use good pronunciation and phrasing.
  • The conversation must be translated accurately, as the teachers will not offer much support
